At the bar now with some friends to watch the Panthers/Devils game.

    Just ordered a Redhook.

Tonight I raise my glass in memory of the employee that lost his life today at the Redhook brewery.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, coworkers and loved ones.

Very sad news. My thoughts go out to the NH community as well.

Having a fresh bottle of Jah'va... more bitter than I remembered:

Not sure if anything else is in the plan tonight... this week is sort of a crunch-week. Looking forward to really opening up the cellar this weekend and next week.

I did not like it the first time I tried it. But I had the opportunity to do so afterwards and have tried to get more ever since.

It sure is late night for me when I have to be at work by 4am tomorrow... So earlier I had a Shorts Freedom of '78, now I'm finishing a DFH Indian Brown. Such good beer for me on what needs to be such an early night. :slight_frown:

I'm finishing with a Big Eddy from Leinenkugel. Bottled 1 year ago tomorrow. It's drinking fine to me!

Really close call since I think they both are fantastic but I enjoy the Pliny more. To my novice tastebuds, HT is a bit more piney & bitter where Pliny is more grapefruit-ish. Not 100% sure if that makes sense...

Either way I am loving it to death.
