4 or 5 great beers on tap is all the incentive I need.

Small brewhouse... 3.5 barrel, not a whole lot of room for more tanks. The good thing about the regulars are they are very consistent and if they change slightly its usually a good thing because it was tweaked on purpose.

I'm just saying instead of brewing LoS or Ragged Rye or Stalkholm every time they run out, brew something new to replace it. Again, all their beers are excellent, and I get that they're still small and still young, but I wouldn't mind seeing some new recipes a bit more often. I guess it's just the nature of the craft beer scene right now; there's always a new brew to try somewhere, and only a limited budget (for most people), so when you've had all of the regulars you'll probably go somewhere else for something you haven't had before. Or maybe it's just me. I just want to see the place keep growing and getting more creative, because they already show how great they can be.

Stalkholm is my favorite, so I'm always sad when it's not flowing.

There is definitely a balance that breweries need to have between coming out with new recipes just to have something new and having only a few varieties, but having those beers at the top of their game. Like you said, there are lots of choices out there and only some much disposable income to try them all. When I hear BL is coming out with something new, I'm pretty confident it's going to be a winner and I'm willing to spend my money to find out.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. The Prairie Collab is being released very soon in bottles and I know they've got some new beers up their sleeve. I think they're doing a great job of new beer releases, seems to be monthly. I'm pumped for their barrel aged stuff (hopefully late winter?).

Plenty of new beers in the works. I really don't understand the idea that they don't produce new beers? Gold Claw is their staple beer. Its always going to be on tap and re-brewed. You cannot expect a brewery to never brew a beer again haha. Abner....

In what part of either of my posts do I say they don't produce new beers, or that they shouldn't brew Gold Claw ever again?

    Quick update:

Knew I would forget something. Bottle counts for those interested, also there will be a 2 bottle limit on the BA Wee Heavy most likely. Again, not up to me, up to the bosses. But keeping people up to date makes me feel useful
    -Berlinerweisse, ~900 375mls
    -Prairie Collab, ~1000 750mls
    -BA Wee Heavy, ~250 750mls
-BA Biere De Garde, ~500 375mls

From what I'm being told by the owners, all three labels (Piscataweisse, Little Lobster On The Prairie, and Celtic New Year) are currently in the approval process but we are still looking at about a few weeks at the absolute earliest.
    Prices have been set at:
    Piscataweisse $8, 375ml
Little Lobster On The Prairie: $12, 750ml
Celtic New Year (Port barrel aged): $18, 750ml

Other than that no updates to speak of at this time. Although I did toss a teaser of the Blueberry/Plum Piscataweisse on Twitter (before I was informed of the beer name change)...as well as a qc test of the other two bottles...

So it's looking like a Friday potential release on 10/04/13 for Little Lobster On The Prairie, the collaboration with Prairie Artisan Ales in OK. I think you guys have the general details already about the brew, but if you have any questions just shoot.

Hopefully the labels will land early this coming week, we'll get them all situated and ready for resale, and release Friday.

Cheers guys, please let me know what you guys think of the upcoming bottle releases!
