Beer was good, not great...smelled so much better than it tasted. After smelling it, I thought it was going to be amazing. I can also confirm, Cantillon glasses, not much to speak of, but I really liked the JK version of the glass.

People who went to Stone, West Lakeview in Chicago, Norfolk, and in Philly say this is the glass. Someone posted this glass from Jester King on Untappd as well. Safe to say this is THE Zwanze Day glass.

Zwanze was stellar, the company was great, and the Avenue crew was absolutely incredible...

What a wonderful experience, run the correct way, and shared with great friends... It ran so smoothly for having so many people all wanting the same thing... Think at one point we had 18 glasses of 9 different Cantillon offerings on the table... One of which I never would have imagined having the opportunity to see, let alone try.

I love this glass. And I actually like that they used Abbaye de Cureghem name.

Skipped out on the official glasses... I thought they were very "meh".

Did pick up the official shirt (Cantillon version) and a 6 of the JK/Zwanze glasses though. If you're in Austin and missed it for whatever reason, I'll bring some to the next Draught House tasting.

Just typed up my thoughts on the event so I can re-visit such a fantastic day! If anyone wants to read my thoughts, it's 1300 words of awesome. I was going to post stuff here, but the only things that needs to be said are:
    1. JK is awesome as always
    2. BAs and other beer lovers are awesome
    3. two BAs in particular are awesome to drive me there and back and are getting f'ed in the face w/ beer (we'll see what I can do).
I will get back to people I tried helping out tmrw, bed time now; I was out there for almost 11 hours, and had a great time! Also, I'll try to get pictures up tomorrow.

I'm way late to this thread, but Cantillon isn't allowed to be sold in Texas?

And that's because Cantillon isn't allowed to be sold in Texas? I didn't realize that.

Pretty sure they didn't. I think they only got 36 glasses and for $7 a glass, they sold out really fast.

I updated the spreadsheet, I will get to my inbox this afternoon, gotta help the gf out with something pressing.
Looks like I helped out 11 people, plus the 3 who I talked to before making that tab!
Also there should be glasses left at JK today, I was sure (99.5%) not to buy out the merch booth and screw anyone over who was there IP.

Never seen so many people go crazy over a glass for an event that most didn't even go to
