    Not a fan of black coffee, but I like the flavor of coffee, just needs a bit more to get rid of the acrid taste when it's black.

    And coffee in beer is fine if balanced. Most beers with coffee taste like burnt acidic coffee. More like grounds than anything. Peche Mortel is my idea of a nice coffee stout. :grinning:

    Everyone seems to be overlooking Puncheon, which would be a big mistake. But hey, more for me! :slight_smile:
