But then there is shipping fees and waiting for them to package your order and hoping it gets here on time....... I got some good stuff without the hassle.

Figured I'd save myself a bit of packing and have the discs sent directly to my target, who'd better like new discs that cover the whole range spectrum. And in some bright colors, no less! The discs are on their way now, preceeding the beers, which should be headed east of here by the end of the week. Plenty o' local cans to whet your appetite, boyo!

Box 2 is going out to my target today. And to spice thing up...here is the tracking number USPS 9405503699300492782452 . Now everyone can track it to see if it is heading in their direction.

    I totally fell for it...:grimacing:

Yo target, have you guessed who you are yet? I'm aiming to ship this upcoming monday, after a certain event that rhymes with Lark Board Hay.

OH. Just realized you said you shipped USPS, not UPS. Protip: use UPS/Fedex in the future, as shipping alcohol with USPS is a felony. I've never heard of anyone actually being prosecuted for it, but it doesn't mean it couldn't happen.

This was the swag box. And believe it or not, it is actually illegel for Joe Consumer to ship booze FedEx or UPS too. Its only legal for suppliers/distributors/retailers to use these services. I found that out the hard way when I had a package get rejected when they found out it was booze. Its more of a Dont Ask/Dont Tell policy.

Ah, swag box, no jail time for you  I only brought up USPS because I know it's explicitly a felony, whereas fedex/ups simply does not condone shipping alcohol (though you're absolutely right, still against the law).

I can't wait for that tracking number to show up....

I wonder if the felony charges get dropped with the passing of the USPS bill yesterday. I know there was a resolution in the bill to allow booze now but didnt read into it enough to find specific parameters. It is probably rhe same as the FedEx/USPS policies.

Shit..now that I think about, I did put a small bottle in the box as a counterweight. Oh well, looks like three meals a day and all the unwanted gang **** I can handle.

Just arrived in Detroit so in the event that my package arrives before Sunday, I'll do my best to post pictures. Also to verify that my roomate didn't drink any of the beers...

Box 1 dropped off @ Fedex on its way North and East. About 1/2 the minimum OZ of beer and 2 pre-owned discs. I suck at hints.

Damn, I saw North and East and got super excited thinking it was mine...until I clicked on your profile and seen that you live in San Diego, then realized that EVERYONE live North and East of you. :slight_frown:

my target has a choice. all cans are the same awesome beer, or, half awesome beer and half beer I dont think is awesome but some do. Also, I am waiting for said awesome beer co. to get some awesome logo discs in before I ship.

I would go half and half unless any of it was wheat beer (boo wheat beer). @ merc, that's why I suck at hints.

If it is vast difference I would go with just the one. Slight difference I would rather get to try two different beers.

Personally, I am all about variety...Id rather try a bunch of good beers than have a lot of one great beer. Personal Opinion.
