I noticed this morning that a beer list was finally posted! http://www.newschoolbeer.com/2013/09/hood-river-hops-fest-largest-ever-fresh.html Looks like a lot of Pales/IPAs/DIPAs (as one might expect), but a few Belgians, a couple Oktoberfests, even a Berlinerweiss (NO hops, so I'm not exactly sure why it's at the fest??? ). And the annual "rabbit"-themed beer, of course - now Chubby Bunny by Solera

This Fresh Hops Fest is always one of our favorites fests of the year, something my wife and I look forward to every September. If you haven't ever been to the Hood River one, I highly recommend it - lots of good beer, manageable crowds and a nice outdoor locale across from Full Sail and near Double Mountain. Weather looks to be pretty good for Saturday, too.

Only a few people saying they're going here... anyone else making plans?

The GF gets back from a 3 week stint in Baltimore this weekend, and I'm fairly certain this isn't on her list of things she can't wait to do upon returning. So we'll be in Tacoma this weekend. However, I've already got my ticket for the following weekend in PDX.

The list looks pretty good, and I'm excited to try the fresh hop pallet jack. Still, the fact I don't see any Big Horse Vernon the Rabbit Slayer on the list is a disappointment. Year in and year out, that beer, along with DM's killer green, has always been my favorite beer at this event.

If I recall correctly, the brewer at Solera used to make Vernon while working at Big Horse, but for whatever reason, the rabbit themed beers he's made in the past still haven't been at good as the original. Course that's just my opinion. :-)

Have fun Brian. Would love to attend the Hood River event again, but will have to make do with the PDX version. Cheer!

Kwazy Wabbit was my favorite at last years fest in Portland. Very tasty beer, but that's the first time I had the rabbit themed beer. It was sweet, but I like sweet double IPA's.

I'm happy to see hop varieties listed with all the beers this year.

Yessir. Last year almost every taste was a huge winner... and I didn't even seem to get to the ones that were all the rave. Will be hard to beat the weather of last year, however.

Hell of a beer festival. Weather was fine, beer world class, no lines, great food. The best.

Am looking forward to the PDX version this Friday.

Got to try the Killer Red at Claudia's (they had just tapped the keg) on Sunday and was blown away. Cannot wait to try killer green and the rest of the bunch this coming weekend.
