    Just had a BCBCS, first time ever! It was on tap and absolutely delicious. The bottle is BCB Cherry Rye, unopened, purchased right along with the 8oz pour of BCBCS. The awesome bartender at the place gave me the GI glass from which I drank the BCBCS out of (after I told her my story of having trying to get my hands on it for months) AND a GI sampling glass.

    Yes it was! I went to Strangelove's first and had the Cherry Rye over there. Had to go home to put the kid to bed before the bottle tasting so I went to Bishop's Collar hoping to catch the bottle tasting. Didn't make it in time though, but the rep (Wade) assured me he will have some for me today over at Sidecar.

    Haven't been to Bishop's Collar for a while, but what an awesome bunch of people over there. Will definitely be back.

    Cheers BA! I already had a glass of the Dogfish Head 75 minute IPA. Gonna cook a little something today. Buttery shrimp on a bed of orzo risotto flavored with lemon and thyme and roasted asparagus with parmesan. [​IMG]

    Crazy weather it's back up to 70. I just fired up the furnace. :rolling_eyes:

    When I talked to him he said that they will be doing a bottle tasting at each event. Sidecar and Eulogy tonight and TJs in the suburbs tomorrow.

    I hadn't been to Bishop's Collar for while either. I lived in Fairmount for about five years and used to go there quite often. Their events are always ran so smoothly.
