I'll be trying my first overnight mash for a Maibock and I'll tiptoe around brewing a Berliner.

Dry beaning a spare keg of dark mild for 48 hours at 38 F with some fancy ass coffee (0.5 oz per gallon), then wil begin drinking it next week. I miss actually brewing beer.

I'll be bottling fresh hop pale ale in the next couple days. I'll also be getting a starter going for oatmeal stout V2. I will try to brew a batch if I can find the time, if so it'll be an IPA with magnum, bravo, and tettnanger, and a base malt of 6 lbs pilsner, 6 lbs golden promise, and 2 lbs munich.

No brewing for me. I have the Mild from last week on warm to make sure there is no Diacetyl from the 1968. Just enjoying what I have made so I can have room for fall/winter beers coming soon. I have a Brett B ISA, White ISA, CAP, and Un-Classic American Pils (Mosaic, Simcoe, Calypso), as well as a Brett Trois Bottled 3724 Saison. They were all great about 3 weeks ago, but now that the temp dropped off 20+ degrees, the sky turned dark, and everything is wet I want something darker, and higher ABV.

I'm with you on that note, someone dialed sunset back to 7 o'clock and turned the thermostat from 80 to 60. I hope velvet Mirkin has hit shelves.
Back on track though, I will be bottling the castle rock wet and wild pale this weekend, and racking my red to secondary :grimacing: for a little aging and dryhopping. Night of the Living Red will be getting an oz of citra centennial Chinook and Amarillo spaced out over two weeks time, I'll bottle her after the last oz sits for 3 days. Hopefully it will be ready for Halloween.

I've got a recipe for a clone of Sinebrychoff Porter that I'll do. Half will be bottled as that beer, and half will get my bourbon infusion treatment to see how close I can come to a clone of Shipwreck Porter.

If I have enough energy (and time) I also have the ingredients to brew a Brown Ale. But that one may have to wait a few days.

No brewing, I did get some new equipment in today tho; 2, 32 jet natural gas burners. Those will be for the brew kettle, and I have another one in the shed, which is a bit smaller that will be used for mash water etc. Looking forward to converting over from propane about feb 1st.

Tomorrow its a trip to NYC !! I have a few good bars lined up if management ok's it.

Kegging the (almost, but not quite, imperial) Rye IPA, which has been sitting on dry hops (Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo) for the past week. All three of my kegs are empty (two kicked within a day of each other!), so it will be nice to have some fresh beer on tap.

Debating on whether or not to move my stout to secondary and give it a Makers Mark oak bath for a few months or just bottle it outright. Brewing a citrusy extract IPA.

It's been two years since I made mead. Saw some guy at the farmer's market last week selling basswood varietal honey. I'm in for a one gallon test batch.

Kegging and quick-carbing a porter. My wife likes porters, so the sooner this is on tap, the less of my Belgian Dubbel she'll drink!
