    Starting off with this gem. Got it from some guy in a trade. All he wanted was a case of 2008 BCBS and some really fresh Heady. Guess he didn't realize people are buying bottles of this for $2,000. There's a sucker born every minute...

    I wish I could start them every day! I am on vacation at the moment to I can start them, but from Monday I need to go back to work and I'll have Uni exams so beer drinking will have to take a backseat. Also, it would just be too expensive since I have to get all my beers shipped to me from overseas (Europe or the US).

    I do have good news though, from the beginning of Dec to the end of Jan is my summer holiday, so there will potentially be 2 months of threads started by me :grinning:

    Having regular Darklord while watching the first cyclocross on TV.

    Very good beer but I can understand some people expect more from it. I would not stand inline for it at Darklorday.

    Starting off with some coffee while prepping my homebrewing equipment for a batch of a Mosaic Single-Hop Ale. Just some Northwestern 2-row, a bit of Crystal-15, and whole bunch of hops.

    Cheers BA! I love Vivaldi because he goes step by step even from one note to the next. He is whimsical and practical at the same time. That is how I feel about today's beer. Maredsous. This is one heavenly dubbel with the light flavor of anise that permeates and doesn't sting. [​IMG]
