If you're not ready for Fall beers, why is your fridge stocked full of them?

Terrapin Pumpikfest is pretty good. The spices in pumpkin beer limit their drinkability to me. Still, a great way to change things up.

Frozen steak still tastes like steak, but it tastes like shitty steak. Salisbury steak is NOT Filet Mignon. I'll take fresh over frozen is every food and/or drink scenario.

Using heirloom tomatos in beer should be illegal.

Fall is my favorite time of the year by far. It's football season, MLB playoffs are starting (Go Sox!) and awesome beer is hitting the shelves. Between the cool crisp Autumn air and the scenery, I just love how it feels outside late October through November here in New England.

Summer is actually my least favorite time of year. Can't stand the humidity. Summer can never end soon enough for me.

Best pumpkin beer that I've had (not a huge fan of them) is Screamin' Pumpkin by Griffin Claw ... though you won't be able to get it unless you live in Michigan, I think.

Go a head and take a bite of a pumpkin.... I assure you that flavor is no where to be found in pumpkin beer anywhere

I dunno man. I make no claims as to being an expert or having any inside knowledge regarding the logistics of these things. Purely speculation.

But, seeing that the beer industry is capitalist in nature, where there's a will, there's a way.

Most use canned pumpkin so it can show up in freakin' July. Folks are probably over the pumpkin gig by January.

I'll stick with wet/fresh hops as a true seasonal.
