I've been Googling/forum searching, but haven't had much luck finding what size corks fit into Cantillon & Fantome bottles. I plan on capping them afterwards as they do as well. Anyone have any info?

if you are capping after then #8's should work fine. Even #9's might be ok.

Thanks for the reply. A couple other questions...
Do you think #8 would be ideal for extended aging?
Have you re-corked/capped Cantillon/Fantome bottles before?

I hesitate to say what is ideal. #8's would be better because they go in easier. If you use #9's and get a weak bottle it might break. So #8's are a safer bet. For extended aging waxing would be just as good (or maybe better) than corked and capped. I have corked and capped demi-champagne bottles for a barley wine. You will need to flip the jaws of your capper to handle the neck of these larger diameter bottles.
