    The brownies were brought out a little late, but I can verify they were attacked (and given the critique of being rich, but good....)

    So good, but soo heavy on the belly after 40+ samples. Thanks for bringing them!

    Of course! I'll either try to think of a way of lightening them up (though really, cupcakes or cookies might be the answer...) or just pull them out about two hours next time. Glad you enjoyed despite the heaviness!

    Was the issue that they were just a bit dense? If so, I find chocolate chips will often break that up because it changes the mouthfeel. It's seems counter-intuitive to add chocolate to make them feel less rich, but I find it works.

    I had great time catching up with everyone from last time and meetin lots if new people. I have a phone full of pictures of strange bearded men taken at 5 am though. Thanks to everyone that shared beers (those Berliners hnnnnng).
