So did Lakeview Binnys and Capone's liquor's in Chicago, but they are gone now .

Fyi for those of you keeping track in the city.

Oh and referencing Premium Rush, glade to see someone else seen that movie. I felt left out.

 

Plenty at castle vav as of 6:30 as well as some cantillon sours

 

Man I believed you for a fraction of a second and then I laughed. My neck of the woods (Niles/Skokie) is supposed to be getting it on Thursday. I'll be there in the morning along with all the alcoholics lol

Binny's Lincoln Park got 4 cases in today, and still had 3 cases left tonight at 7:00 p.m. Limit 1 bottle per.

 

Had two glasses at APEX today....damn delicious. Guy said they got the first Keg and no bottles in town yet. Have some hit? Would love to stock up on 2-3 bottles

Yeah. The rep at Lakeview was not happy that Lakeview only got 1 case and LP got 4.

When I picked mine up at 7, they had a full shelf. I did see about 4 people walking around with bottles though.

 

In that case I will try to get there tomorrow around noon, ill call ahead just in case. I honestly didnt even think to call them because I figured they would sell out super quick. Maybe with the one bottle limit i'll get lucky

No they actually got some cantillon today. Just looked into it. Can't believe I missed it

Anyway, picked up the last bottle of VM at some place on the southside called Liquorama. Still says they have some on beermenus but trust me, they don't. Opened it up tonight and it was worth the hour detour.

 

Jeffers signed them too, he is barrel master.

 

I guess I misspoke. I didn't even realize PNC was available anywhere else but the brewery...

 

My understanding was it would be a late arrival in Texas.

Yeah. One BBL, a sixtel, is all the draught that made it to LI too. The Sheep ran the Sucaba and the 16th Anniversary on tap this past go round, but I dont even know who got the Parabola. The bar got one of those small bottle allotments but its an off the menu item. Manager brought one up for his birthday in July and was kind enough to dole out a few sippers. Looking forward to the VM this year and the 17th Anniversary release in November.
