    last year vs this year. i actually like it better with a year on it, but still one of my favorite beers regardless, cheers!

    well the coffee is much more the focal point when fresh IMO, but with some time on it the coffee pulls back and it's a much more balanced beer (you get more chocolate, oats, etc). that's just my opinion tho, amazing either way, but i personally prefer when coffee is a much more balanced/subtle flavor in a stout, and not the focal point

    Still better than quite a few fresh beers I've had. It is by no means bad at this point, though clearly not the same as it was fresh off the line (which it was when I bought it from the brewery).
