There would be 4 tickets left. BOOM! Now you know why my daughter is doing so well in 3rd grade!!

    Or maybe 33 people get a 10% discount?

YES! SHAME ON YOU ALL! *GRUMBLE*

I could always just levy a tax on the fellow BAs to make everyone happy right? Where the ghost walez at?

On a serious not however, that list of available brews looks amazing!

Could the surprise brews be Cantillon?

While 12 might be a high number, 2 is too few. I'm responsible for getting tickets for my in-laws as well (theyre not as computer savvy) and I think there will always be groups larger than just 2.

I think purchasing extra tickets is ok, but it should ultimately be one ticket per person. So during purchase, names should be assigned to each extra ticket and a list generated after all tickets have been sold. During festival, bottle allotments are given to people who have their name on the list and a matching ID, and then they are marked off of the list. Basically just the same deal as the Atrial release... must be present to win!

Biggest downside to this is if plans change for someone and they are unable to attend, then the ticket can't be transferred... which kinda screws someone who barely missed the purchase window.

Huh? I didn't bring math into this, just hoarding. Is your daughter doing well with her reading too? Methinks you meant to quote the poster before me.

Do people really think people are going to buy extra $64 tickets solely to get 2 bottles?

Not really but you do get another glass and 12 more samples so its not just for two more bottles. I could probably justify getting two tickets for myself if this is allowed but i highly doubt the process will allow this. I am assuming you will have to have a name and id for each ticket.

Matt Chow is camped out at his computer with $768 secured. Luckily the forecast shows that his AC should be able to hold the temperature at about 68 degrees, however snacks are running low. We are trying to help him determine how many browser windows he needs open, and which browsers he should be using. I'll report back later.

That makes no sense. It says on there that each beer ticket costs 1.50 - which would add up to $18 for 12 of them. So, you would be spending $14 on just a glass. I do not think 14 bucks for a glass is worth it to begin with.

You can do that if you want, but that would make absolutely no sense.

There are a lot of people out there with tons of disposable income. There are stories on this site of people flying in on personal jets just to get a release. So yes, it's always possible.

I would say 4-5 tickets per bottle order would be fair. After that, they can (try) to order again or the rest of their "large group" can get non-bottle tickets.

    A year ago? probably not.

Now? it's within the realm of possibility.

Not saying the glass costs 14$ and i know how much samples are. Simply saying its not 64$ for two bottles. You do get more out of it. Just saying that at 1.50 per sample = 18$ for 12. Say 5$ for the glass. That leaves 41 for the two bottles and while it is expensive i could justify 21$/bottle to have more to share with friends/family instead of only one 500 ml bottle.

I am basing it off of what they show on their website. It clearly says can buy drink tickets for 1.50.

Everyone who wants one bottle of Atrial Rubicite at the fest will get one. We have more than 1,000 bottles of Batch 2.

Are there any variations between Batch 1 and 2 Jeff? (I'm sure everyone will say that not every sour is the same) I'm just curious
