My girlfriend and I will be visiting San Diego in 1 week and we know we will be visiting many of the breweries in the area, Lost Abbey being one of them. I see on their website that they do a Hump Day Happy Hour on Wednesdays and Throwback Thursday. Other than what's posted on their website I don't know anything about these days. Is one better than the other? Is the beer better on Wednesday/Thursdays or is it the same? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Wednesday is nice because they have bunch of food trucks to choose from.
Thursday is nice because they usually tap a vintage / limited / rare release.

Follow Lost Abbey Kevin on twitter: http://twitter.com/#!/LostAbbeyKevin to find out what special/rare/vintage keg they're putting on for Throwback Thursday. He won't tweet it out until the morning of, though they're supposed to be tapping a keg of RUSS (strawberry sour only ever previously available at Stone Sour Fest 2 years ago) for one of these Throwback Thursdays and they've done almost everything else on the list so far.

I'll make it easy for you. Lost Abbey will be closing early to the public on Thursday 5/3 for a private event so there will NOT be a Throwback Thursday keg that day, so come over on Wednesday!

We will be in San Diego from May 5th - 12th so hopefully it won't be closed on the 10th. Sorry for the confusion.
