I'll be in the Chicago area for a wedding until sunday. I already got some brews, but would love to get my hands on a pipeworks glass if I could. Anyone know a place that might still have them?

Pardon me if I've missed something along the way as I don't keep up with this thread on a daily basis, but my buddy just mentioned to me today that he had pitched in on the PW Kickstarter back when that was going. He received an email in July that his pint glass was shipping soon, but he hasn't heard anything since. What's the proper way for him to figure out when he'll receive his glass? He's not on BA, so I figured I'd post on his behalf to help.

Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

PS - Keep up the killer brews. Have loved many of your offerings.

    October 10, 2013 Update

This week we have two new beers for your autumnal consumption pleasure.

Death incarnate may have finally met it’s match in our noble unicorn. Reaper vs Unicorn, the fall addition to our seasonal Barleywine adventure, is a rye forward American version of the style. We used two different kinds of rye (flaked and caramel) then hopped it to death (get it? reaper...to death...never mind) with Australian Summer, Nelson Sauvin, Falconer’s Flight and Centennial. It is delicious to drink now but is also a candidate for a respite in a shallow grave in the back of your 55 degree closet. $10.99, 22oz, 10.0% ABV

Batata Obscura is a new riff on an old friend. We took Nisperos de Batata (our sweet potato beer base on the Puerto Rican dessert of the same name) and turned it into a dark, rich porter. We use 200 pounds of roasted sweet potatoes in the mash and then add toasted coconut, vanilla bean, cinnamon and clove during secondary fermentation. Also, some of this batch may have broken free of its stainless steel shackles to take refuge in a bourbon soaked oaken sanctuary. $9.99, 22oz, 9.5% ABV

Both Reaper vs Unicorn and Batata Obscura are available for Friends With Benefits pickup immediately at both Binny’s Lincoln Park and West Lakeview Liquors.

Has he tried emailing or contacting the brewery directly? I'd think he would start there.

I hope Pipeworks wins. I know nothing of the other brewery but based on their selection and reviews I don't know how Pipeworks can lose.

Half Acre vs New Glarus.... That's a tough one
