Looks like humulus ludicrous, Huma lupalicious, and a growler of sleeping giant skull rock while waiting for something outspoken.

We were driving back from Portland on the monday, tired and booze free. But drank some spectacular stuff over the weekend... highlights for me included Cascade's new Pumpkin Smash & Bourbonic Plague, Common's Biere De Garde, Sierra Nevade's barrel aged Ovila, Fremont's wet hopped pale ale, and Deschute's Green Monster. But there were so very many

Ran into 3 separate groups of beer nerds I knew from Vancouver there, too. Definitely a bit of a long weekend beer geek destination!

A beer nerd friend of mine was down in Portland, too! I had the last Sartori with a few friends, a 1.9L growler of Brassneck Conrad vs. Cowboy, and a 1L growler of Storm's vanilla whisky stout. Oh, also cracked a bottle of P49 With Love - it's drinking really nice!

Seconding your opinion on the With Love. That was absolutely gorgeous a few weeks ago.

That was pretty damn great when it first came out, can only imagine how good it'd be nowadays.

Anyway, I came down with a sweet case of the flu which lasted almost exactly the entirety of the long weekend, so all I drank were vitamin C-heavy fruit juices and chicken soup. Now that I'm feeling better I'm planning on boozing it up with some hoppy BC beers for the next few days. I have a couple bottles of Kaleidoscope IPA (which kinda blew me away when I had it last month, so much so I ended up buying two cases of it and blowing through both in the span of a couple weeks), a couple bottles of Green Reaper (never tried it, although I'm cautiously hoping it'll be great) and about a sixpack and a half of Lagunitas Little Sumpin' Wild to coat the old sore throat in some nice Belgian yeast. I hear that's an old Belgian flu remedy.
