Warlock on Pittsburgh

I know its a trek but there's TONS of it in NJ. Every liquor store near me has cases piled high.

 

Yeah, that price is non-sensical. Just like with Pumking, I'm left boggled at why a city 3 hours away from this brewery gets stuff like this almost a month after other places have. Right now I think all that is required to land some is patience and some eyes on the GE's in the area.

 

Its finally here. got a few bottles at ge robinson yesterday. they had about 6-7 cases. i would think shaler and south hills will get theirs soon as well.

 

Whole foods Wexford has it for 9.99 per bottle

 

how much were they at GE? I saw them for $8.99 at Wegmans in Allentown a few weeks back.

Has anyone had this yet? Is it worth trying? I'm thinking about picking a bottle up to have this weekend.

 

It's like Dark Pumking. If you like Pumking, you'll like this. If you look at the grain/hops, it's the same as pumking but with additional dark malts.

 

Thanks. I have a few Pumpkins I'm saving for some get togethers I'm going to in the next few weeks, so it looks like this really isn't that much different. If I see it I'll pick one up, but I don't think I'm going to go out of my way to find one, especially at $12 a bomber.

 

I really liked it... Enough so I bought a case.

 

It's funny regarding my previous post stating how I might pick it up if I came across it. Well, I came across it during my lunch break when I was getting food at Giant Eagle. Did not pick it up because I read a few people who said it reminded them of Pumking along with Creme Brulee, so that kind of scared me off. Creme Brulee is the only beer I've ever drain poured.

 

If anyone is still looking for a case or more...Brian's Brewery Outlet on route 8 has 3 cases. $99.99 each.

 

Still a lot at South Hills Market district too.

 

Just came from there didn't see any. Did see a lot of mad elf though

 

Oh wow, I was there yesterday and they had at least 12 of them behind the counter as 1-per-day beers. You did go to the Market District by South Hills Village, right?

 

Yep. Only thing I saw behind the counter was the all day ipa in cans.

Yea, Same place on Wednesday. Guess it sold out.

I know 99 dollars (aka 99 Bottles) got a few cases and are selling it for $14.99 a pop. Have fun with that though (aka F that place)

 

Shadyside Market District has bottles and draft. Although I missed the bottles at first since they're on a counter near the draft beer register.
