I have been a huge fan of Bourbon County since first discovering it in 2009. In the years since, I have had vintages back to 2008 and have seen a number of different years trade and sell via the auction sites, but where is the 2010? Was a 2010 vintage sold at all? If so, in what sizes?

had some 2010 on tap @ busters in Mpls in late 2011 and the format for 2010 was 4pks in bottles

Came in 12 oz. bottles. Only '09 were in bombers.

I remember how easily it could be found a few years ago. Certainly not the case anymore. Damn shame because it's a great stout.

For sure. There are a ton of barrels at Gosse Island right now. Hopeful they are going to open the firehose on this stuff.

I bought a four pack of the '10 a couple years ago. Was much easier to get back then. It was not in bombers that year though. Shouldn't be hard to find via trade if you are looking to set up a vertical.

I don't recall the regular BCS ever being in bombers.

    It was in 09 only.

Yup, remember getting bombers which were still available far after release date; can't believe it was still available.

Its in my basement! The 2010 was all over the shelves back in the days when you could get bourbon county without difficulty because people did not want to $22 for a four pack of beer. Those were the glory days!

Their distribution seems to be very uneven on BCBS. Some areas got a ton of '09 and extremely little '10, and some were vice versa.

From what I remember, 2010 was a bad year. Some didn't come out right, so the market was fairly limited.

I hadn't heard that before, but I believe it. Had a bottle recently and something didn't taste right about it. IIRC it was not nearly as sweet as the other year's I've tried.

2010 was very limited because they also used the base beer in the vanilla and coffee versions.
