Dallas / Ft. Worth area brewery tours

    Heading to the DFW area over Christmas for a week and was seeing if anyone would be let me know where the best brewery tours are? Anyplace that serves any bourbon barrel would be great. Thanks.

    Glad to see other people are using that. I am trying to keep that as up to date as possible, so if you see anything wrong with times, edit it. Since I am in Austin, I am able to get all the Austin/SA/Hill country stuff up to date, the DFW/Houston may be a month or two old.
