Picked up a 4 pack last night I guess it came in yesterday cuz I know of two stores that have it. I can't wait to have one tonight!

Flew off the shelves at my local store here. Snagged the last 4-pack last night. Even more delicious than I remember it.

I've yet to try this years release. Comparatively, what do you think 6.5% (2012) vs. 7.6% (2013)? Do you like the additional malt? Seems like this is getting pretty close to jumping the line from a big AIPA to a light DIPA. Thx!

Stumbled (literally) across mine at the grocery store last night. I saw an open case of Founders and peaked inside. Saw what it was, saw the date on the bottle, and could not believe my luck.

I find that the hop flavors are not coming out as much as last years and that the alcohol is a little bit forward in the 4 pack I picked up. Last years version I remember being really impressed with the amount of citrus flavors I was picking up on. This year, not so much so but still a very tasty beer.

Good feedback, thx! I'm formulating a clone recipe and after trying this years, I may go for the 6.5% version. It's a clone very loosely put; I'm only growing cascade and Founders uses a huge variety of wet hops. Plan is to do a couple trial runs without fresh, understanding it won't be the same, but it should dial in the recipe a little before fall '14.

Good to know. Last years lacked malt, so I think I will like this years even more if that is possible.

Last years batch was nectar from the gods...if it's even close to that good this year I'll be happy.

Still none in Ann Arbor area that I could find. To be fair it is about 130 miles from Founders to here, so it could take a while with their new guy-pulling-a-wagon distribution technique.

That's come and gone in my area. Got a bottle, then went back a few days later, and they were all gone :slight_frown:

Picked up a 4-pack yesterday. My Binny's (Schaumburg) is limiting their shipment to one 4-pack per person. Will be delving into bottle #1 tonight.

Agree. It's quite tasty, but I think the one 4-pack I bought will be the only. I bought about 2 cases of Harvest last year. But I'd chalk this decision up to my current preference for $9 6-packs over $12 4-packs...

So, did everybody get their's? Funny how this thread died all of a sudden.

I was able to grab one four pack at Premier Gourmet in Amherst, NY.

    Pretty tasty beverage.

Nothing in Ohio yet. Saw that there was a keg tapped on Friday for Cleveland Beer Week but that's it so far.

It came and went at one of my local distributors. It was $62.99 a case , I'm sure it was good, but at that price , I had to pass. :slight_frown:

Had this beer on draft at Decatur Beer Fest in GA. Couldn't walk away from the table. It was fantastic, and oh so fresh.
