I'm just happy I can go to a local growler store now and get Dark App and Oil.

Consider yourself a lucky man! I drive about 2 hours just to get my growlers filled at Jackie O's....oh and to eat some of their amazing pizza!

Only 5 or 6. Only. The horrors of being a Jackie O's fan. :grinning:

(As I don't attended too many other releases, I don't know protocol/numbers for other breweries' releases, the 4 I've gotten from every Jackie O's release is amazing. I've never left Jackie O's unhappy. Even if I didn't get a full allotment. Between the beers on tap and whatever I get to take home, it's adult beverage nirvana.)

    True words!

Anyone interesting in doing any bottle shares/trading next release? (I can make new thread if needed)

Last time we did the share at Bagel Street Deli, but I remember hearing grumblings about someone seeing if we could hold it in the old O'Betty's. (I remember waiting in line for calendar pages and someone peeking out and some folks in line talking to him.)

I'd be fine keeping it at BSD, but the walk up there, particularly in the winter if we get typical winter weather (read, not like last December), could be rough and hazardous if it's cold and snowy/icy. Plus, wherever the beer goes, I will follow. (That said, if the weather is particularly unforgiving, I may just forego the bottle share and stay at Jackie O's and drink from the 40+ taps of goodness they've given us for the party.)

You can never go wrong with the 40+ taps of Jackie O's. I feel like I could stay there for hours and just drink.....wait….. yup….that is what I do already. You’re right, if it’s freezing then I will just get comfy and drink till I am warm at Jackie O's. I would be down to bring some items for trading. I am hoping the cellar list gets updated and they have some more great beers added. I love that I can drink Jackie O's and then buy a bottle of some other breweries to share with friends and compare!

no updates to the cellar list, it just keeps getting smaller. bagel Street is down for another bottle share if that is what you all want, it is only a block away from the brewery, shouldn't be too bad of a walk.

Will you continue the cellar list in the future or just plan on selling what you have untill its gone and that will be the end of it? I could probably stumble a block away for a bottle share.....once I get my fill from the taps!

probably just let it dwindle away. We have been trying to focus on our beer and cut all of the outside programs so we can fill the taps and make a better product.

If the cellar and taps are anything like the last time I went, there will be plenty to explore and enjoy.

Cool, the cellar was just a perk anyways. The real reason we all come is to enjoy the great beers you guys have and to fellowship with other beer geeks. I can't wait to see what you do this upcoming year. The beers are more amazing every time I am there. Just glad to be close enough to enjoy!

I loved how they had most of the beers for the release on tap on Friday night back in August. 'Hope they do that again this time. It's nice to go crazy on Friday so you can take it easy Saturday for the drive home!

I think this is the proper thread to ask.................. How many different years was Cab Cherry and Dynamo Hum bottled?
