Do some people have an absolute go to beer? You know, the beer that needs to be in your fridge or you can't sleep at night. Or, do you just have a go to beer rotation? A rotation that needs one of several.

In the past I always kept a preferred seasonal in the rotation of beers I needed to have on hand, mixing in an occasionally double IPA. Now I seem to need Torpedo in the fridge are all times.

I rarely have regulars in the fridge but when I do it's almost always Anchor Steam.

Gotta be Firestone Double Barrel Ale. Unique, refreshing, flavorful, sessionable, damned near perfect. Can't wait for the barrel aged version.

Can't say that I do. I always like to rotate things out to keep from getting tired of a particular beer. I also always buy new beers just for the sake of trying new stuff.

Bell's Two Hearted and Sweetwater IPA are two that I know I can always count on. Terrapin Rye Pale Ale has jumped up to "go-to" status because it's a pretty standard craft tap around here.

Torpedo and Old Raspy…also try to keep some different types/styles as I like to try different brew but always have those two ready to consume. Cheers ~

Weihenstephan Hefeweissbier for the most part. Although, I do have "rotations".

Right now, i'm on a huge Stout kick. Can't live without Old Rasputin or Breakfast Stout.

I wish hop rising was available in Washington state, I drank a lot of it when I was in Utah, I love that beer.
