Lagunitas Sucks 32's = October

Talked to a Lagunitas guy on Monday at the Beechwood trade show in Milwaukee. He said Sucks will be available in 12 oz first and 32 oz later next year.

According to "Dogtown" who actually works for Lagunitas, it sounds like he has different information at least for the California crowd:

"Greetings BA'rs. The first run of 32oz Sucks will be next week but due to our capacity constraints CA will be the only distribution area. As Chicago comes alive we'll expand that. It's capacity that has kept that genie in the bottle, so to speak."

I hope you are right about them at least releasing some 12oz bottles soon, but he didn't say anything about that...

So you all know the truth; JayORear is actually me and is an alternate secret identity that I have used for years to self-promote anonymously. The shame has finally overwhelmed me and I had to come clean. Please forgive me. I can't bear it anymore...

About Sucks; There have been two impediments. #1. Hop availability, but harvest is now in! We bought a lot of what we needed so we're ready to rock, except for #2. Capacity availability, but Chicago will begin brewing beer by late January. That was delayed because I had to increase the planned opening capacity several times there and that wrought some substantial re-dos which are time-sucks.

We're going to run the first fill of the 32oz Sucks next week. We did a water test on the change parts a couple of weeks ago, so we're ready but the capacity thing will constrain the distro to N. Cal until Chicago is alive and puking up real beer. Cheers.

Is Dirtwolf in SF? I see Victory brews at my local liquor stores but I haven't seen Dirtwolf yet. I need a Sucks substitute. Lagunitas may have made Sucks for a Brown Shugga sub, but they suck for not getting out Sucks by now!

Sucks in the 32oz bottle got delayed because of the government shut down. The label got stuck in limbo and needed government approval ...sucks! lol

Try Brown Shugga' it is available where I live. FYI: I rated Brown Shugga 4.20 and Sucks at 4.28. So why am I craving Sucks. Because it isn't available right now and we have been talking about for a year or so...
