Damn, 5 years old and it's still going. I gotta start aging some more Bigfoot. Impressive that there is still a decent hop presence as well!

Drinking a bottle of The Bruery's Batch 300 Tripel courtesy of futhurgone; thanks Rob!

Really liking it, was expecting more alcohol at 8.2% but it's quite smooth. Nice mix of citra hops, oak, and sweet fruits.

I had two or three Uinta Brewing Hop Notch IPAs earlier; they were very nice. I just finished my second Nugget Nectar of the evening, little bit fresher and tastier than the previous. Now I am finishing off my last Stone Ruination from a case brewed in late december, its decent.

I'm drinking a 2011 Bigfoot alongside a 2012 one. I'm actually surprised at how much the hops have fallen out in a year.

It is impressive that the hops hang in there for so long. It almost guarandamtees that sometime in the "far" future, it will be a thing of beauty of the Malty kind.
