    Demand.

Every year these releases become more and more popular. I wouldn't be surprised if the traffic was double what they experienced last year.

I'm now getting a "Product is out of stock!" notification when trying to check complete my order...

Given their track record with these releases, the onus was on the Bruery to make damn sure there weren't issues. I don't care how nice a tech report they got after the seemingly-woefully-misnamed stress tests, in the end it is the Bruery's responsibility. The "it was a vendor error/we didn't expect the user load/we hadn't tried this out" excuse only works so many times.

A bottle of Damon and a 4-pack of Heady Topper for anyone who can save me the trouble of sitting around and hitting refresh for...ever.

Got to "Place Order" with three minutes remaining and got my umpteenth refresh. So I either just bought no bottles or 57.

Does the counter refresh, too, when you move to the next step?

Bad business.... bad business is ignoring problems/issues that customers have and not trying to upgrade from last year to this year.... They did upgrade the entire ordering system, in fact im pretty sure it was designed from scracth for them, and id bet the upgrade cost them a significant amount of money and im sure they are just as pissed off (if not more) than all of you. I would definately not classify this as bad business, especially since Patrick and his staff are setting the bar for customer service these days.

Again this strong feeling of entitlement is ringing through a lot of these posts..... its very sad... to be frustrated is one thing but to personally attack someone who has done nothing but tend to his customers complaints and concerns is absolutely ludicrous. Im sure Patrick is reading this and wants to crawl into a shell for letting everyone down (including you, even though youre being a whiny baby)

So I'm sitting on the page with Black Tuesday banner, the timer clock on the left and the checkout link at top right. I'll click on "Checkout" and even though the timer has dropped into the teens, when I hit the back arrow after getting the "Connection was reset" error, the clock goes back to 24:24 and starts counting down from that point. At least it's adding time back on the cart..... Till my patience runs out that is.
