Not ordering any (already ordered my allocation), but looks like it's still in stock, and the website's actually working.

Had no luck while at work so I gave up - didn't want to spend 3 hours and get shut out like I did with DDG. Quit work early, came home, thought I would check the Bruery website, & got lucky. It took 5 minutes to score 3 BT!!!!

Took forever! Two years ago took me an hour. Last year 10 minutes, this year 3 hours +, what a mess!

First time using a trustee, what information does he need to provide to bruery when picking up my order? Or is there somewhere I have to alert bruery of my trustee info.

There is an area before you add the billing information where you add your Trustee's name. If you forget you can always email them later and ask them to add it.

Failed 3 separate times on 3 different credit cards with Chrome and IE. Tried it on my phone on my walk back from lunch and had no problems.

Wasted 1 1/2 hours at work with the most jacked up website fail ever. Leave work, run some errands and come home. I then log on a few minutes ago and get x3 BT in under 5 minutes...... SMH Hooray Beer!!

There are a few of us who accidentally got charged for more than the three bottles. Does anyone know what they do in those situations? Hopefully refund the difference. I will be furious if they cancel my order.

Quick ? - Do these bottles fit in normal 12 bomber style styrofoam shippers or is there some odd ass deminsion size to them? Would like my trustee to pick up my order as wells as some friends.

Yes, they fit in the regular Styrofoam shippers, they are actually the best way to ship the Bruery beers.

What unsubstantiated claims did I make.....
"Bad business.... bad business is ignoring problems/issues that customers have and not trying to upgrade from last year to this year.... They did upgrade the entire ordering system, in fact im pretty sure it was designed from scracth for them, and id bet the upgrade cost them a significant amount of money and im sure they are just as pissed off (if not more) than all of you. I would definately not classify this as bad business, especially since Patrick and his staff are setting the bar for customer service these days.

Again this strong feeling of entitlement is ringing through a lot of these posts..... its very sad... to be frustrated is one thing but to personally attack someone who has done nothing but tend to his customers complaints and concerns is absolutely ludicrous. Im sure Patrick is reading this and wants to crawl into a shell for letting everyone down (including you, even though youre being a whiny baby)"

Heres a quote from patricks response last august, they did not get it running for last years event but they changed over this year (heres the link, its in the middle of the page http://thefullpint.com/beer-news/patrick-rue-responds-to-it-storm-on-ba-regarding-hoarders-society/"

'Improving business systems and processes has been “higher hanging fruit”, but at this point it is very important in the process of becoming the brewery we want to be. We finally have the resources to invest in this, so have so we’ve enlisted a local OC eCommerce development company to put together a solution that makes this possible. I’m very excited about this. We are tailoring the site and the backend processes to make a much more pleasant experience for our members and allow us to do a better job at serving our members. Even Black Tuesday next year (and perhaps this year, if we can get it going in time) will run much smoother with greater server reliability and hopefully we’ll avoid all of the issues in past years. This is a sizable investment, but I know it’s what we need to do."

And the only other claims that I made were to the Bruerys customer service and that has a history that you can read up on if youd like and I dont think anyone would/could argue. It started with Burly Gourd for me in 2011 when after all of the society members already ordered and payed for this beer, the Bruery felt that it didnt cost them as much as theyd thought so they refunded us a few dollars on each bottle we ordered. Now this had nothing to do with quality concerns, in fact this was before anyone even received their beer.... pretty damn amazing for a business to do that (oh and this beer was originally only around $12 for a 750, so it wasnt like it was a 15, 20, or 40 dollar bottle).

Next was the Ebony and Oak quality issue, which by the way is still a good beer, just not what was intended. They refunded anyones money who asked for it and didnt even ask for any of the bottles back.

And then there was White Chocolate this year, which again is just different than last years version, which I didnt enjoy, and again they gave the money back to any members that ordered it before the date that the bruery pulled the sales to investigate, no questions asked, no bottles returned, just a full credit, INCLUDING my discount, so I actually got more money in credit than i spent. CLASS ACT.

I also happen to be a business owner, and the bottom line is sometimes shit happens, all we can do is try to learn from our mistakes and listen to customers concerns. We still may not get it right, but we try, and nobody can deny that Patrick and his staff try to do the very best for us annoying, entitled beer geeks. And like I said, I can only imagine how he feels right now because it is evident from his ACTIONS not just his words that he wants to make us happy. Hes definately not going to sleep well for the next few days and is probably dreading next years sale. I would not be surprised if there is a totally different system next year, and unfortunately i think it will limit the reach of Black Tuesday, but we will see.

So im sorry for my substantiated claims about a business and its owner that does everything he can to make his customers happy. THANK YOU PATRICK.....

Wait, there are bomber shippers and there are the more common wine/champagne shippers. I don't THINK the will fit in the bomber ones.
