Thought Via Cordis was solid. Nothing special though.

So, since this appears to have become the general Two Roads thread, I suppose I'll post this here:

I was at NEBCO yesterday and one of the guys there mentioned that he had been at Ok2berfest (which sounds more like a potato festival than a beer event, if you ask me, but that's neither here nor there) and that some of the Two Roads guys were asking about various local people who had been badmouthing them online. Apparently my name came up, which I was surprised to hear.

Yes, I've given a couple of their beers negative (well, more mediocre, really) reviews; yes, I've criticized some of their business practices...but I've never felt any particular animosity toward them, and in fact I've repeatedly said highly positive things about their Saison, Pilsner, Maibock, retail (i.e., non-tasting room) pricing, and overall facility. I was genuinely shocked to find out that I was on their sh*t list, and honestly don't see why this should be the case.

Attention Two Roads: if you can't take criticism without assuming that there are ulterior motives behind it, then you are in the wrong line of work. I want every craft brewery to succeed, including you. I stand behind every word I've ever written about you and your beers, 100%, and would welcome the opportunity to discuss my concerns with you directly. As you've obviously been on BA if you've seen my screen name, you've also had the opportunity to send me a BeerMail directly to solicit my opinion.

If you care enough to ask about me behind my back, you should care enough to ask about my opinions to my face. I look forward to hearing from you!

    Cheers,
    Will

Stop talking out of your ass, just on the fist page of this thread you were less then positive of Two Roads.... And I quote:

Gosh I can't stand people talking trash about that White IPA.....

Of course, this type of attitidue by 2roads will not help sway the opinions of the folks on here who have been rather critical of them. And worse than that, it will likely lead to them turning away some people who have been pretty supportive of them.

I'm a bartender at Two Roads, and I always try and put the sticker on the side or back, never cover the original artwork/brewery name. It comes off easily if you soak it, sorry guys! Never knew it was such an awful pain...

When it's completely unnecessary to do, it's a pretty big pain.

I was pretty happy with the offerings I tried at Beervana. $10.99 a sixer is a bit steep for regular consumption for me.
