Only if you learn to home brew. Saisons are simple, and you can make five gallons for around $20.

I stopped by my local beer distributor yesterday and they had Wildeman there. I asked the beer dude: when did you start getting Wildeman? He replied: about a month.

So, Wildeman is a spanking new beer.

    Cheers!

P.S. Another new beer from Flying Dog is UnderDog Atlantic Lager. The beer dude stated that it is a tasty American Pale Lager.

Enjoy Celis White while you can...Michigan Brewing Co closed their doors last week. No word yet on what will happen going forward.
On a side note, I love sour and tart in the summer. Sometimes I go lighter like a Golden Cap, Saison Dupont or Blanche de Bruxelles; other times I want intense and I reach for Oro de Calabaza, Oude Beersel Gueuze, or Rodenbach

If I get the chance I'll drink one especially on a hot day. The Shock Top Lemon Shandy was refreshing and at 4.2%abv. is ideal for hot weather. I didn't like it too much because the lemon flavor over powered the wheat and it was too acidic.

I'm currently on a saison kick.
    Saison Du Pont
    Bruery Saison Du Lente
    Bruery Saison Rue
    Lost Abbey Carnivale
    Lost Abbey Red Barn
    Brooklyn Sorachi Ace
    Goose Island Sophie
    Sierra Nevada Ovila Saison
    Epic Brewing Elder Brett Saison
Jolly Pumpkin does some great ones as well, as well as Stillwater. Don't know what you get down there but hopefully you can find at least a few of these.

dbmernin83: I'm beginning my saison kick. We actually have decent Belgians and Sorachi, Ovila, JP, and Stillwater are all available.

If Dupont and Fantome are probably the consensus for best Belgian saison, I'm curious to hear people's thoughts on the best American. My vote is Cellar Door.

“My vote is Cellar Door.” I have had a number of different Saison beers from Stillwater. They were all excellent.

Brian Stillwater is an exceptional brewer.

    Cheers!
