Terrapin-Moo-Hoo andTroegs-Java Head have not been mentioned yet. Also not exactly what OP asked for but I really like Bells Double Special Cream Stout. Also a couple interesting porters that fit the bill Terrapin-Dos Cocoas and Duclaw-Sweet baby jesus. Cheers

Alesmith speedway stout, Peche mortel, stone espresso IRS, chocolate oak aged yeti, espresso oak aged yeti

This isn't a stout, but is an imperial porter, Caldera's Mogli, by far the best chocolate stout/porter I have had

Found it at a bottle shop on my way to RR brewery which is a 14 hr round trip drive from where I live, only bought one, the craft selection where I am from is crap, needless to say I wish I bought all the Mogli's they had in stock after taking the first drink... I have been craving it ever since... Too damn good!

This! Has to be the most chocolate I've ever tasted in a beer. You could literally pout it over vanilla ice cream

    Sam Smith's Organic Chocolate
    Terrapin Moo-Hoo

You need to try Caldera's Mogli, just as big, chocolate for miles, and complexity that Choklat lacks.

Boulder beer just released a chocolate porter called "Shake" that is pretty awesome. Made with milk chocolate and cocoa nibs.

I'm in because honestly Choklat didn't b low my mind just thought the chocolate was super upfront in the taste, but your right not too much of anything else going on in that one

Marble's Oatmeal Stout and Left Hand's Milk Stout are two stouts that while neither being a chocolate or coffee stout, offer some nice flavors of both, IMO. If you are in the Fort Collins area, consider visiting Equinox and checking out what stouts/porters they have on tap. And if you are open to porters, Grimm Brother's Master Thief.

Avery Tweak (coffee stout)...you live in Colorado, so if you try you will be able to find it on tap.
Epic's Big Bad Baptist (barrel aged coffee stout....huge, aggressive coffee in this one)
Backcountry Brewing's Breakfast Stout (coffee milk stout)
    Chocolate Yet, Espresso Yeti.
Equinox's Truffle Shuffle (chocolate porter).....another tap only offering, found primarily in the Fort Collins area.
    Odell's Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout

Great River Redband Coffee Stout is quite good. I'm not certain about their distro though.
