Wrong wrong wrong. Flower power is not even close to on par with Citra. WOW

I meant bottles. I couldn't find anything but Isabelle bottles around the town's two stores across the way and at that bait and tackle place. But yeah, I had my fill on tap. I wonder what they'll have this weekend. Going up with a friend to pick up their allotment.

If you want bottles of Class V stop in at Sierra Mountain Market in Wofford, it's at a Chevron station. I'm pretty sure they've lost their liquor license but they sold me bottles last week...was totally sketchy and awkward though. There's a sign on the door that leads into the beer walk in that says 'no beer' or something like that, I just opened the door and saw a bunch of Class V right inside, took 6 up to the counter and the lady working the register gave me a bunch of weird looks and then told me she couldn't sell me beer, but that the dude would be back shortly and maybe he would. After a few an older dude comes up and starts staring me up and down, asking me where I lived and if I was local. He then quickly rang me up and put the bottles in a box. I'm not sure if you'll have any luck but worth a shot if you want bottles of Class V.

What I currently have, wish they have Winter DIPA and Class X in bottles.

Who holds onto Dirty Hippie for this long? :astonished:
That beer is far too good not to be enjoyed as fresh as possible.

I suppose we could agree to disagree. But "not even close"? C'mon. I guess I should've used the 'ol "IMHO"

I live close enough where I had a growler every week while it lasted and then bought a case. Only a couple left.

I'm not saying flower power isn't good because it is. Just never heard anyone compare the two so I was blown away

I went through three cases this release. It was my daily drinker. Love that beer more than Citra

curious how folks think this batch is compared to previous batches. I think it's great, but for some reason think the last batch was a little better. I didn't get to try to the batch for the FW festival, which seemed like most thought was amazing. I think this latest batch is fantastic, no doubt about it...just think the last batch I had (February) was just a bit tastier. February batch seemed just a bit more citrusy, resiny, sticky.

That's nostalgia fucking with you, man. The brewers there say this is one of their best batches.

I stopped by a bottle shop yesterday (San Diego) and they had Citra on the shelves? Anyone see this?

Hmmm? Pic? Seems completely impossible unless somebody's pulling a 'Freddy' and is selling it for $30/bottle.

They said it was delivered via Stone Distribution. Pretty reputable shop.

I was really confused by seeing it. This was taken Nov 1. Currently sold out.

That's probably what they did with all bottles that weren't picked up.

Now that they're selling the few remaining bottles to stores. I hope that they gave the people who didn't pick up their bottles a refund. Since they're selling the remaining "sold bottles" to stores for an additional profit.

Unless, they gave the bottles away to the distributor and just have the distributors pick a few lucky stores.

People had until this weekend to pick up bottles, so they wouldn't have know until today if any didn't get picked up, so the bottles that went to stores were not from unpicked up bottles.
