Uinta does have the best beer in Utah, overall. They even are able to brew some pretty tasty beers that are only sold in grocery stores (crazy Utah laws make it so 4% brew can only be sold at supermarkets and convenience stores). Uinta also makes some pretty good normal beers that can be purchased at bottle shops. I am not sure if you're familiar with Salt Lake's breweries, but Bohemian Brewery is pretty good. They are finally starting to brew normal beers that can be purchased at bottle shops. They will be available early 2014!

Hop Notch is top notch! Dubhe is sublime! Uinta has the best beer in Utah, in my opinion. Cheers!

I've had quite a few good ones from Utah despite the deck stacked against good beer there. We have plenty of silly laws here still...

Not sure if you've had it...but personally I think its Smuttynose's best.
