Oh, I saw some BBQ at Spec's on Westheimer and Kirkwood. In case anyone is looking for any.

 

Not sure where in the state you are, but Rumpkin came and went in a blink in Dallas. Apparently all but one case was set aside for on-premise. That said, several restaurants around here still have some. Goodfriend usually keeps it around for a bit.

 

Karbach is bottling 007 today. Looks like it's just regular BBA Hellfighter.

Meh, just split a vanilla bean, put it in the bottle, recap, and wait a few days. Works for BCBS.

 

Pretty sure there's still some in SA. Not a lot of people here want to drop $15 for a 12oz bottle.

Does anyone know what the freshest batch of Endeavour is? I want to send one as an extra in a trade, but I want it to be fresh if I do...

 

Probably not the ones from July I just saw at my HEB.....

 

9/24 is the freshest I've seen.

That's only a month old, still pretty fresh. Remember when IPAs didn't have bottle dates, and they were still good? Ignorance is bliss.

 

True, I just feel like Endeavour is so impressive when its super fresh.

 

I definitely agree with that; the fresher the better. The first one I had was a couple months old, and it was still very tasty.

You should send the ingredients for a clone for optimal freshness.

 

Only about 1/2 a case left earlier today. Also still some 005 left.
