WnB is one of my all time favorites and THE beer responsible for my conversion to beer drinking (I used to not drink beer at all).
It's a December release. Be on the lookout for bombers of Cinnamon Roll'd Wake n Bake in some markets this year too!

Definitely get some Chocolate Yeti by Great Divide. Also, try some Lugene Milk Chocolate Stout by Odell.

In addition to the other wonderful suggestions, check out Sixpoint 3 Beans. It's listed as a baltic porter, but I think it has what you're looking for.

Wolavers Alta Gracia. Great low ABV option brimming with flavor. Almost refreshing too.

If you find it, try Házmela Rusa from México, brewed with cacao and chili. It won gold medal (Chocolate Beer) at 2012 WBC.

Most have already been said. But I'll reiterate that Biscotti Break is probably the best you can get.

Mikkeller Beer Geek Brunch Weasel is probably the most potent coffee flavor I've found in a stout.

And as a side note, I did a big coffee stout blind tasting a few years back and Hoppin Frog's BORIS the Crusher beat Founder's Breakfast Stout and Peche Mortel on everyone's card except one person.

Just a footnote on Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout as I've seen it mentioned several times in this thread. Though this brew does have slight notes of chocolate, don't let the name fool you into thinking you are going to get a big chocolate taste. There is no chocolate used in the brewing process and any chocolate flavors picked up come from the roasted malts used. Still a really good beer.

Marshall Zhukov provide the best chocolate notes IMO.
FBS is the best coffee stout I've had so far.

Ballast Point : Victory at Sea
    Pipeworks: Coffee Break Abduction
Spiteful Brewing: Mrs. O'Leary's Chocolate Milk Stout

    Founders: KBS
    Terrapin: W-n-B Stout
    Terrapin: Moo-Hoo Chocolate Milk Stout

+++Honestly, I know everyone and their mother say BCBS...but honestly, it gets tiresome, and that's all people ask for when you say your from IL. I get it!!! I really do, but there's SO MUCH other great tasting beers people overlook.+++
