    Went to a local "meet the brewer" with Newburgh Brewing. Nice stuff! Then came home and learned about the death of a friend/mentor. This one is in honor you Chef Rich Toth, a true Gentleman. You will be sadly missed.

    trying out a new collaboration between Iechyd Da Brewing Company in Elkhart, IN, and The Nut Shoppe in Goshen, IN. Iechyd Da has provided Dragon's Lair Imperial Coffee Stout, and Breakfast Cookies Stout for The Nut Shoppe to create truffles and gelato. After enjoying Hoppin Frog barrel aged D.O.R.I.S. paired with some truffles, I made a float using the Dragon's Lair Gelato.

    Then after enjoying some '12 KBS, I made a float using the Breakfast Cookies gelato.

    Brown Shugga came to town today. I like this better this year, than what I remember from last year. Not to say it's any different, but my palate is probably different. Bottled Oct 11th. Bring on Sucks too!!!
