    nope I was just wanting beer made for xmas not all winter long. ie SA makes a beer called winter warmer and its a LAGER

    Most of these have been mentioned, but these are my Christmas staple beers:
    Delirium Noël
    Gouden Carolus Noël
    St. Bernardus Christmas Ale
    Celebration
    Lagunitas Sucks (not sure if still Xmas but traditionally has been)

    I think Schlenkerla Eiche is more common in the US than in Germany :stuck_out_tongue:
    Ditto with Mahr's Christmas Bock.

    I meant for that to read that in Germany this beer is seasonal only. I'm not sure if that's the case for the exported stuff. Either way, go get yourself some!

    Old Fezziwig is still my favorite. I give Anchor a shot every year and I just don't like it that much.

    Those are not "goats" ,they are rams which are a sign of virility.And i have a 6 pak at home as well as Bells Consecrator.Plus 1 for St.Bernardus.

    While not as cool of a story, they really ARE goats. "Bock" is the German word for goat. You'll see goats on a lot of German bock-strength beers.
