It's fine. It's that stupid ass poll that Asheville won last year. It's complete bullshit.

 

don't worry, Denver, Portland, Fort Collins, Boston, Chicago, Bend, and more are loosing to them too. I think this just shows the worthlessness of this poll. Usually (okay always) polls like these don't matter, but this one is more eye-rolling induced because Charlie Papazian puts his name with it. Which gives the poll attention and "credit", but also deflates his rep in my opinion.

thanks for the reminder I just voted for the STL my home town.

 

I can't even get to BA at work... luckily the guy who I share the desk with never logs off or restarts at shift change so each time I anger the proxy it pops up with his user name.

 

St. Louis is a great beer city. Having lived there for over 17 years, I'd have to say it deserves one of the top spots.

 

Verdad-Urban Chestnut one of my top ten breweries and that is out of over 400 visited-beer is solid.

 

SD is great-the wife is from there, no issues with the SD beer scene-especially if you are a hop head.
