Thanks Shane! I've had a few with low carb levels, but a handful that were spot on. I hope this mobile canning still means I'll be able to have a steady in-flow of Lift Off!

And I'm all of a sudden looking forward to January...

Opened one last night, and two during football. Damn, this is a solid brew. Hats off guys!

Thanks for the feedback.... and yes, we have a regular canning schedule now for Lift Off. We hope to be able to keep up with demand, and are going to focus on the current distribution footprint of central and southern Indiana.

And we all are looking forward to Muse coming back in January too!

I've had a few, all from the same shop mind you, which have been low carbed. I've got a couple left to be drank from the same purchases. Out of the 8 I purchased, 3 were low card, 2 were below average, and 1 was normal.

Thanks for posting. We have had some feedback on the issue of lower than expected carbonation in some cans and we are going to make sure to correct it in the next canning run.

Any idea when the next canning run may be?

hmmm. Looking forward to it. Was hoping it would be out before Thanksgiving again, as I'd love to take some back to MI with me. May need to conserve what little I have left. :open_mouth:

Well, it will be close. Our next shipment would be hitting stores on Wed before Thanksgiving. However, there should still be some available at stores now, though we are aware some are selling out quickly.

I've gone through 3 4-packs without any carbonation issues.

I'm leaving wednesday night, so it will be close. Guess I'll go shopping tonight to see if I can find it now.

Payless Liquors on 116th in Fishers got a delivery this week, which was canned last week. Other stores carrying Lift Off in Fishers include the Payless on Olio Rd, 21st Amendment, Crown Liquors and Kroger.

@ShaneP Drank a couple of cans of what I was told was a new batch last night. The carbonation was spot on and the beer was delicious. I like what you are doing, Daredevil!

Sahara East had some that they got in a couple of days ago. I recommend taking from a couple of cases down as the the top one or two are from the last batch with lower carb. Matt thought they, the new ones, were a different batch and the carb does seem a lot better in them.
