Plus, they're doing staggered releases (morning, noon, and evening) to be as fair as possible. I like how they operate. Nice guy.

I called Pasadena Bevmo today and they told me there was a delay with their distribution and none of the Bevmos in the area will get it until next week.

At least 8 on the shelf, but an employee told me that there are also more cases in the back. Also Enjoy By 12/13/13 is on the shelf for the taking. Plus Pliny in the back.

Thanks. I was thinking of making the trip down there but I called WF Newport Beach figuring they might have it too. I was told they do. So it's at WF Newport Beach as well (according to the people on the phone, I haven't been there to verify yet)!

Do you think the 16th Anniversary would still drink well? I know a store that still has bottles of the 16th

I picked up a bottle last month at a super secret San Diego store, and it was pretty good.

Picked one up at Tustin Total Wine today. Gotta ask.

Does this super secret store also sell gas and is located next to a Mexican Food Restaurant?

My buddy got 2 at WF Newport last night. They have a one bottle limit but he begged. We opened it and it was delicious.

I went to WF Tustin before work today and they were apparently sold out. Maybe the lady didn't know where to look.

Total Wine Tustin was down to 2 bottles about an hour ago. Why is this so much harder to get than Merkin?

They make less anniversary I believe, and I believe a quite of few felt that merkin may not live up to expectations. Who those people are is a mystery, I gobbled up as much merkin as I could.

Yup got mine too! 22 bucks. A not very secret store. The sign was on the rack but there was nothing on it. Ask and you shall receive.

Just to clarify, you are talking about last year's (XVI) - right?

That super secret store has a huge billboard, sandiego67.

You sure about that? The past several years, every BevMo in San Diego has only received 2-3 cases of Parabola/Sucaba, but would get 100+ bottles of the anniversary blends. Could be an oddity of distribution, but I've always found the anniversary ales to be far easier to get than any of the other FW special releases.
