Miscategorized though I think, definitely a good bit of brett in there.

On that note, Allagash Golden Brett was also fantastic and I don't think I've ever seen it mentioned on BA.

I don't know that it's really a sleeper, but the beer that surprised me the most considering how easy it is to get is Sour in the Rye. The variants get all the love, but SITR is still superb to me.

I have seen Steel Toe Size 7 (my favorite MN brewed IPA) and Indeed Day Tripper (my favorite APA anywhere) mentioned already. But other gems from Minny could be Fulton War & Peace, Indeed Haywire, Steel Toe Lunker and Before the Dawn.

Speaking of reds, Lagunitas Lucky 13 is pretty awesome.

Too expensive to be a sleeper. It's like calling Alex Rios or Joe Johnson underrated. With the money they're paid, they should be contending for MVPs.

Well I guess I have high expectations about what I'd consider a sleeper lol. I really don't drink anything that's a sleeper then. Shux.

Maybe it's just me, but if I drop $20+ on a bomber I sure as shit expect it to be a great beer. Something like Captain Lawrence Imperial IPA at $3.99 a bomber and absolutely fantastic is sleeper to me.

You're probably right, but I've had a lot of expensive beers that are harder to get let me down. That's why I thought of it. Also, really good, easily obtainable sours are rare and will be expensive.

That said, Weyerbacher Insanity. It gets some love, but an awesome BA barleywine for like $3-4 a bottle or something like that is a steal. I think it's almost on par with Sucaba which is twice the price per ounce and gets all the love.

$20 for a bomber? Not being a whale chaser, I think that's crazy. If I pay $20 for 22 ounces, I'd better see God.

Whoever said Kellerweis from Sierra Nevada is right.

Also, Cabin Fever from New Holland is incredible

Sierra Nevada Flipside is a sleeper because people were trashing it and saying it wasnt up to the standards of other SN beers and I dont agree with that.

A couple of beers I keep thinking years after having first tried them and I have to pick up on occasion are Theakston's Old Peculiar and Samuel Smith's Imperial Stout.
4 Hands Divided Sky IPA and their Resurrection IPA are vastly underrated.

Laughing Dog Brewing's Dogfather has been good for the last several years but pretty obscure. Their forthcoming Dogfather Part II is phenomenal and will, in three years, be very highly sought after IMHO.

Super tasty!! This beer totally flies under the radar. And I hope it kind of stays that way.

It's now featured in 4 pack cans.
