Stout BIF Round 2 - Hints

Hint #1: Shipping west (as always)
Hint #2: My target joined BA over a decade after me
Hint #3: I can hit about 7 of my targets wants within the theme of this BIF
Hint #4: I'm not shipping all the way west. My target's state lacks a coastline.
Hint #5: My target has more wants than gots (don't we all...)
Hint #6: My target has more posts, beer karma, and likes than I
Hint #7: While my target's state is over 10x the size of mine in square mileage, it has less than double the amount of residents.
Hint #8: My target has added wants to his list in the last week, but none are directly associated with the theme of this BIF.

Hint #2 - Shipping to a state with less letters in its name than my state
Hint #3 - Shipping to a state with at least 1 professional sports team
Hint #4 - I have posted in this thread more times than my target
Hint #5 - My target has more wants than me
Hint #6 - My target has updates their wants this month
Hint #7 - My targets username is shorter than mine
Hint #8 - I am not shipping to anyone who has posted before this post on this page (pg 10)

Hint #4 - I've always heard, "Karma is a B****," well if that is the case, I feel sorry for my target
Hint #5 - my target is not the only person from his state in this BIF

 

Keep forgetting to post hints. I think I'm up to around 8 or so.

Updated 'Not Shipping to These States' list:
I am not shipping to Alaska.
I am not shipping to Hawaii.
I am not shipping to California.
I am not shipping to Wyoming.
I am not shipping to Utah.
I am not shipping to Nevada.

I have about 200oz and will be shipping no later than next Monday unless something ridiculous decides to come out in the very near future that I can get my hands on.

 

I'm finally going to have a chance to do some shopping tonight.
I'm not sure that I'll be hitting many wants, but since I know what they SHOULD want,
my target will be ok.
Speaking of my target, they seem to have forgotten that they are part of this--it's been more than a few days since they've posted a hint.

 

Hint 1: I'm shipping east
Hint 2: I'm shipping to a higher latitude than I
Hint 3: My target has been on BA longer than I
Hint 4: My target lives in a state smaller than mine, both by square mileage and by population
Hint 5: My target has updated wants in the past 7 days, and just made my job easier than it already was. Wants are going to get CRUSHED
Hint 6: Including this hint, I have posted more on this thread than my target.
Hint 7: My target is in a blue state.
Hint 8: I am currently in Minneapolis, and traveling to Chicago today. Hypothetically if I were to ship later today, Hint #1 would still be valid.
Hint 9: My target's state does not have teams for the top four professional sports.

 

I've only done minor shopping, more so because I am waiting on some big releases my target will want.

 

I havent done much shopping either bc Justin is waiting for some big releases to buy and send me! haha

I think i have it narrowed down to 3 people

 

Damn, 3? I still have 8 on my list.

 

I've got 7 possibilities, leaning towards 1 of 2 strong candidates--both rookies. I'm probably
completely off base, I usually am.

 

I'm down to 4. One hasn't posted any hints. It really could be any of the remaining 3, but one is a very strong candidate. If he isn't shipping to me then I know who he is shipping to

 

Down to 11 on my possible sender list.

Hint #7: Picked up another one of my target's wants, also picked up an abraxas. Not a want but hopefully graciously
