I'll never print my shirts on AA - ever. I always print on high-quality, built to last, Gildan Ultra Cotton Tees. In fact, I'm still wearing my Add More Hops t-shirt that was originally printed in 2006. It's still in reasonably good shape after heavy wear. I say down with AA and trendy, lightweight t-shirts. Besides beer lovers and home brewers need a shirt that can stand up to a day of heavy brewing or a night of heavy drinking! Cheers.

I actually like the AA shirts (I don't care for the company in general though). I feel a lot of clothes are getting bigger and bigger as a standard size. It drives me crazy when you go somewhere and the standard shirt they have for everyone is an XL. Plus I like the way the AA shirts fit, they are comfortable both material and shape wise. I think Stone has a bunch of different brands that make their shirts, that is probably good so the shirts fit and please a larger audience.

AA only goes so big. I regularly wear either a 2XL or 3XL T-shirt. I was given a shirt by a local bar (I came up with their motto) that was an AA 2XL. I couldn't even get into it. AA makes their stuff for a younger, more fashion oriented market than most of beer drinkers are. I could see using AA for some of your womens wear, but no brewery should ever use for their mens wear.

American Apparel is one of the few companies that make shirts that i can buy and have them fit long enough without swimming in them like a Brooklyn Gansta.

If i had known they had shirts from AA i probably would have bought one.

Although i know i am outside the bell curve of BAs.

I know I am a XXL kind of guy and get pissed if I cant find one in my size... Dont have man-boobs I am just a big guy.. XLs fit for about 3 washings so if I going to crank out my hard cold cash on a killer shirt I want it to fit till it wears out !!

AA's shirts are of the fitted variety. They are cut differently than a regular shirt, they don't just "run small" Sure a bigger shirt would offer more room, but the fitted cut still tends to cling to the body and expose those curves you tend to want to hide.

I've been having a similar problem lately, I've noticed all of my brewery shirts getting smaller as I drink more beer.

Seriously? Gildan Ultra Cottons are the most terrible shirts I've ever seen, and sadly EVERYONE uses them. I assume this is because they're the cheapest option. I can't tell you how many I've had ruined by random holes, stretched out collars, or just randomly fitting like a tent. I welcome the trend of more fitted, extra-length tees.

Gildan Ultra Cotton is the Budweiser of t-shirts.

The Gildan shirts are indeed among the cheapest in bulk.

Gotta disagree. Ultras may be affordable and commonplace but they wash/wear better than other brands I've tried. Holes appear almost instantly in most AA shirts I've had while all of my Gildan Ultras are still in great shape. Can't see paying more for style when they just don't last. If you're looking for a trendy, fitted tee, then AA's probably where you'd head. Cheers!

I agree they are more impervious to holes, but the collars stretch out, and the bottom flares out also.

They fit like a rain coat after a few washes.

If i wanted to wear a rain coat made out of cotton, i'd start a company that made rain coats out of cotton.
