Uhaul sells them and you can sometimes find them at the Portland Wine Storage on SE Ash St. I have gotten a bunch from the guy there and he will even sell you used boxes for a couple dollars.
Nope. Not yet. He is getting me 3 bottles of the Collage when it comes out. When Sang Noir is re-released THEN all of it will be mine. BTW, Capt Blueberry. I know you have Cascade on lock down with Chris. Cheers!

I have yet to find any in a U-haul. Every store I call tells me they are only sold on-line. I may be wrong, but that's what I've been told.
