Stout BIF Round 2 - Hints

Hint #1.... My package will be heading West, way West....
Hint #2.... My target still hasnt posted in this thread as of yet 11/12/13...
Hint #3.... The past decade or two of voting history has shown my target lives in a decidedly "blue state"
Hint #4.... My target has several "wants" that are going to be fulfilled...
Hint #5.... My targets city is home to no less than 14 craft breweries... WOW, kinda wish he was my sender!
Hint #6... My target has a few non-stout wants from my local brewery. And as it works out my target's going to get several of those wants taken care of in addition to the stouts...

 

I'm in NorCal. I should be okay but should get one this w/e.

Hint #7? My target has updated his wants more than 4 times this month.
Hint #8 My target has 4 wants from a well known Midwestern brewery that just began distributing to Chicago this week. You will be getting at least 1 of those wants.

 

One of my target's wants is a variant that's not currently available, but I did pick up a different variant as well as the base beer yesterday.

 

I suck at posting in the right thread. Must stop drinking when I post.

Anyway, here is an update for my target.

Target, I apologize but after further consideration, I'm going to hold off shipping for a couple more weeks. Hoping to get a couple extra bottles to throw in there for you. Hoping to send out around 300-350 ounces.

To my sender. I am one of the people who would like a signature so please don't send anything that will land between 11/27-11/30. I won't be in town and it will end up being returned b/c Fedex sucks

 

Hint #???? My targets state lays claim to a book with >200 pages of undecipherable words. I think the author was just drunk on some beer
