I'm finishing off a Berliner Weisse and I might stick my head in to see how it's coming along. Otherwise, I'm out of kegs and I have 15 gal of beer I need to decide what to do with. Signs point to a busy drinking weekend.

    What's everyone else up to?

Brewing an APA with Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial. It's my first brew this season, I moved to a new city and I have the capacity to keep brewing AG, hopefully I'll get a more sophisticated setup soon. I might have to scale back production until I have more space.

Have you used the 3726 yet. Makes a great Saison, went from like 1.048 to 1.008 in 6 days. So much flavor.

None this weekend. Tending to my Brett Blonde and Amber Ale otherwise. Also I will be trying to kill a keg to make room to put a stout on.

I've finally caught up on bottling everything that was hanging out, so it's time to fill some buckets/carboys. Finally gonna test out the Mangrove Jack's Belgian Ale on a saison, and if I can source some good juice, I might test out the cider yeast as well.

Blonde Ale. Dialing in the recipe for a friend's daughter's wedding in the spring. Actually, I think it's dialed, but I'm testing repeatability.

Going for a double session tonight, Porter and a Christmas Lager. I also have to keg two IPAs from the last session two weeks ago and do some equipment tweaks. Maybe I am biting off more than I can chew!

Going to have to bring some homebrew to tailgating for the Giants game this weekend as I need to clear a spot in my kegerator for my 100% Brett IPA. I just tapped a Riwaka saison which needs a little more time for carbonation to set. I am about halfway through an American Blonde Ale. I will have to keg a carb by SN Celebration inspired beer as well but I am not hoping to be drinking that until Xmas/New Years time anyway.

Oh, and no brewing this week. I am shooting to get maybe 1 more brew day in this year at some point.
