As I sit here at work and know that it'll be at least an hour before I'll be partaking in my own tasty beverage, I realize that I am very, very jealous of you right now.

mine was from a certain establishment that was given to me for being nice - however when i went last week HF was now seeling them in black ink and not white

 

Decided to go with the BA old raspy. Very bourbony nose, the flavor works.

 

I'm pretty sure I know said establishment.

 

Well, I successfully completed primary fermentation of my first all grain IPA (Knife Hand). I'm convinced the Braumeister is the best thing ever! Anyway, two more weeks of dry hopping and it should be ready in time for the bottle share. In two weeks, I'll also begin my first batch of bourbon aged porter, name TBD.

 

The SWTFYW Porter?

 

That's not a very good name for a beer.
