    I appreciate all the work vikeman puts into these threads. I loved doing the apaipa and now the apaas is gonna be a blast. However no matter how important something is, if you can't crack a joke, something is wrong.

    Since you bring it up... First, Thanks. Second, I don't generally care about people cracking jokes, even (or especially) at my expense. I can handle it, and give it right back. But it does bother me when an averagely perfect xxxxxxx poll thread has the potential to turn into a flame war or even a mostly non homebrewing thread, because it could get locked. And then the project would be fooked, at least temporarily.

    Only 51% voted 6.5 or higher in the previous poll. Looks like most of the 6.3 swing vote is going for the higher ABV.
