    You are this far, just bottle it when you are ready to. I did this once but only bottled a few. Ended up being quite tasty after all.

    Have some friends over for a session, if they're still kicking after an hour or so, crack one open for yourself. Just don't keep staring at them like something bad is going to happen over those first few hours.
