No disrespect taken. I recently moved down to the PDX area and previously lived in an area that didn't really get any Pliny to speak of so I figured I would give it a go and see what the hype was about. Mostly I was just lucky its been on tap while I was bottle shopping instead of going out of my way for it. While it is some tasty brew, I don't see myself becoming a fan boy. Like chino, I'd be purchasing bottles for trading purposes from here on out.

Honestly, I'd much rather have that WFO over PtE, or even a Boneyard IPA.

no disrespect taken. personally I'd agree I rarely go out of my way to Chase beer. I haven't had pliny on tap yet and would like too, however I do like to let others know when I find sought after things. I'm still finding out where to find stuff and all that.

Any great bottle shops in the Gresham area that might have Pliny? In Seattle but my brother lives in Gresham. Thanks in advance!

Heh its not as if Gresham is far from Portland... Belmont station is probably one of the closest since its on the East side, maybe 10-12 miles

there's one around main but I don't go there all too much. they are more expensive than Belmont. wish they were like Belmont, cuz I live in Gresham.

Hoppy Brewer and Cheap Charlie's are probably the best bets east of 205.

I was rather impressed with cheap Charlie's selection & price.

    Go!

@belmontstation: Russian River Pliny the Elder bottles are in stock. As usual, limit one per customer per day. Cheers!
